telefonART is a review of films made with the use of a phone, smart-phone, tablet etc. This film event-play is directed at anybody who is fascinated with the world around us. There is no need for set design or actors. Romantic scenery, a shot of the sunset, or a happy ending are of no importance. What is important is that the present moment only happens once. You cannot repeat or redo it. But you can keep it. All we have to do is to learn how to see. Films can be sent by anyone, regardless of age or place of residence. The only requirements are unlimited imagination and the length of the production – up to three minutes. A selection of the best productions will be presented during chosen events at this year's SEFF. The best film will be chosen by the audience, and the film's author will receive the Golden Moby award.
